The Most Perfect Day at Wings

When we started planning our September 2026 wedding, we knew we wanted a venue that felt relaxed, welcoming, and truly reflected us. We were looking for a space that offered both indoor and outdoor options, was comfortable for our guests, and would allow us to create a day that felt special without feeling overly formal. Wings exceeded every expectation we had!

We chose Wings for our venue, ceremony, DJ, photo booth, and late-night pizza and wings, and I can honestly say that every part of our experience was absolutely incredible.

Wings has always exceeded expectations through their nonprofit work, providing free medical and humanitarian air transportation to people in need. They continue that same spirit of service by opening their beautiful space to the public, and we feel incredibly lucky that we were able to celebrate such an important day there.

From the very beginning, Todd took the time to listen to my vision and made sure the day came together exactly how I imagined it. We wanted a short and sweet outdoor ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour where our guests could relax and mingle. The outdoor space was perfect for that! We then moved inside to the beautiful, air-conditioned space for dinner before heading back outside for the band and an amazing evening under the open sky.

The flexibility of the space was one of our favorite things about Wings. Having both indoor and outdoor areas meant our guests could enjoy the best of both worlds, and it was especially wonderful for the kids who attended. It was a place where everyone could relax, enjoy themselves, and feel comfortable throughout the entire day.

And the staff? Absolutely amazing. Our guests never had to wait for a drink, and the Wings team made sure that not only our guests, but all of our vendors, had everything they needed. That level of attention made such a difference and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the details.

Then came one of my favorite parts — the late-night pizza and wings! It was the perfect way to keep everyone fueled and happy as the night went on, and, of course, the wings were a huge hit.

There were so many little moments throughout the day that made us realize we had chosen the right place. Everything felt effortless, welcoming, and exactly what we wanted. And I’m pretty sure someone at Wings even made a call to make sure the rain held off until our event was completely wrapped up — because somehow, it did!

Our wedding day was truly everything we hoped it would be, and Wings played such a huge part in making that possible. From the beautiful setting and flexibility of the space to Todd’s attention to our vision and the incredible staff who took care of every detail, we could not have asked for a better experience.

We couldn’t applaud the Wings team more. If you are looking for a unique, relaxed, beautiful, and incredibly welcoming place to celebrate, we cannot recommend Wings enough. They didn’t just provide us with a venue — they helped us create the most perfect day, and we will always be grateful for that.
